Total 350 square meters (150 square meters of housing + 200 square meters of outhouses) plus about 100 square meters of porticoes, mostly semi-flat agricultural land of about 18,000 square meters planted with 174 olive trees. The villa, in a panoramic position with south exposure, is built according to anti-seismic criteria with poroton thermal brick load-bearing blocks and internal thermal coat in addition to a ventilated roof on a residential part with lamellar wood. 5 km from the center of Poggio Mirteto and 6 km from the train station.
Poggio Mirteto is a comune (municipality) with 6,359 Sabine inhabitants, in the Province of Rieti about 50 km north of Rome. The village lies in the Tiber valley, 250 metres above sea level on the hilltop slopes of Mount S. Cosimo a few kilometres from the River Tiber.
